Two photographs showing a Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railroad train wreck near Kansas Avenue in Liberal, Kansas. One train was on the main track when the engineer and fireman on an approaching train fell asleep and crashed into the rear of the other train, killing one man and injuring another.
