One headline reads "President Orders Anti-Recession Work Speedup" in which President Eisenhower ordered additional spending for construction and rural electrification projects in conversations with Albert M. Cole, chief of the Housing and Home Finance Agency, and a state representative from Kansas who grew up in Topeka and Sabetha.
