This black and white photograph shows the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company's steam locomotive #3521 with a Vauclain balance compound. The engine was built around 1914 or 1915 by the Baldwin Locomotive Works of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the ATSF railroad.
