In this letter, having been criticized by Kansas Governor St John for paying newspaper editors to publish pro-temperance messages, temperance worker, Ms. Lang, writes the Governor to further explain and justify her actions. Lang is also strongly supportive of considering a woman as future President of W.C.T.U.
