This correspondence is to and from Adjutant Generals Albert J. Davis (1894-1895) and Simeon M. Fox (1895-1897). There are some fiscal and inventory records first. The majority of these letters (which begin on page 31) pertain to personnel issues, such as recommendations for dishonorable discharge, staff appointments, and applications for resignation or retirement.
